Happy Track Day #51:I haven’t been sleeping well lately. Not sure what my problem is but I just can’t sleep at night. The only saving grace are my afternoon naps. I was soooo exhausted yesterday that I even decided to scrap the couch nap I tend to do almost daily and head streight to the bed. Got out the down comforter which provided a “cool” temp but comforting feel. It wasn’t the 2 hours the couch usually absorbs but it was a very refreshing 45min nap that left me feeling reset. I may actually set nap times and limit them so I get better naps that don’t take up my afternoon! What a great idea time wise!
